The Browns defeated the 4-time and current defending champs, the rival Denver Bulls by a score of 7-5. Starting pitcher Gino Grasso earned his 4th win of the season going 5 innings allowing 1 ER. LHP Jeremiah Batla came in to pitch the final 4 innings allowing 2 runs while striking out 5. The Browns offense was led by LF Evan Martoia and RF Dustin Burns who had 3 hits each. 1B Alex Haag added 2 hits and 2 RBI and newcomer Jason Livernois had 2 hits and 1 RBI in the Browns win.

Starting pitchers Jeremiah Batla (7-0) and Gino Grasso (4-1) are a combined 11-1 on the season with 144 strikeouts in 105 innings and a combined ERA of 1.53. They have allowed only 20 earned runs in 12 games which leads the league. They have held opposing teams to a .209 batting average in the 2010 season.
