The Browns improve to 14-1 and win their 7th straight as they defeat the Colorado Cannons 10-5. The Browns jumped out to an early 2-0 lead but the Cannons would answer with two runs in the 1st and three in the 2nd to take a 5-3 lead. Starter Gino Grasso would settle in and pitch 5 scoreless innings into the 7th to earn his 5th win.
The Cannons led 5-3 going into the 8th when the Browns offense eruptedĀ for five runs in the 8th and two in the 9th to secure their 14th win of the season and 50th in Browns history. The Browns would start the 8th inning with four straight hits by Dan Kozloski, Tyson Martinez, Luke Klingensmith and Dakota Granzella to take a 8-5 lead. In the 9th Kozloski led off with a walk followed by a 2-run shot by CF Tsyon Martinez. Martinez leads the team with four homeruns on the season. Dakota Granzella came into pitch the 8th and 9th to earn the save while striking out four.
